Vampire: Enlil

The Enlil bloodline feeds off those who are suffocating and have special control over the air and are responsible for maintaining the clouds of ash over the Kingdom of Darkness. The are also messengers who can send their voices far away.


General Vampire Traits

All vampires are supernaturally strong, perceptive, and natural hunters. They have a Blood Pool they use to heal themselves and power various abilities. Additionally each bloodline has its own specific traits, which can be learned by other vampires through a special and lengthy bleeding ritual called Diablorie. Also as undead they are immune to things that only affect living things.

Enlil Traits

Enlil can control the air which gives them a useful variety of abilities, including attacks that are longer range than most vampire abilities. Some of these are inspired or from (with minor tweaks) GURPS Sorcery: Sound Spells which is a good source for more builds.
  • Far-Hearing: Your able to listen in on conversations with no range penalties as long as you can see them. Statistics: Long-Range Hearing 2 (Costs FP - Blood Pool, -10%; Vision-Based, Reversed, -20% [7].
  • Feeding, Choking:  Statistics: Leech (Accelerated Healing, +25%; Costs FP - Blood Pool only, -10%; Obligate choking, -50%; Malediction 1, +150%; Ranged, +40%; Suffocation, +0%) [67, +110/level]
  • Great Voice: Your able to project your voice to anyone and everyone you choose in a large area. Statistics: Telesend (Accessibility, only vocalized words, -20%; Broadcast, +50%;Cosmic, No Die roll required, +100%; Costs FP -Blood Pool only, -10%; Hearing-Based, -20%; Selective Effect, +20%) [66].
  • Private Conversation: You can talk privately to another individual by manipulating and sensing the air in front of both your mouths. Anyone else will just hear a quiet and unintelligible murmur.   • Silent Walk: Your able to muffle the sounds you make in order to move quietly. Statistics: Silence 2 (Costs FP -Blood Pool only, -10%) [9 + 9/for each 2 levels].
  • Steal Breath: This is the ability to pull the air right out of someones lungs! Statistics: Affliction (HT, Choking, +100%; Costs FP,only Blood Pool, -10%) [19/level].
  • Still Air: You can completely dampen sounds in the area around you. Statistics: Obscure (Sound) 10 (Costs FP -Blood Pool only, -10%) [18].
  • Wind Buffet: Your able to manipulate the air and create a powerful gust of wind that can knock down foes. Statistics: Innate Attack 2d (Costs FP, Double KNB, +20%; No Wounding, -50%; Only Blood Pool; -10%) [6].
